Every Claim Gets Traced to Its Evidence

Reviewer3 reads a finished manuscript and breaks it into the claims the paper makes and the evidence offered for each. Then it checks the joins. Does the evidence support the claim? Do the statistics hold? Do the cited sources exist, and do they say what they're cited for?

The Hard Part Is Throwing Comments Away

Generating comments is easy. Point any frontier model at a paper and it'll produce pages of them. Deciding which ones matter is the hard problem, and it's where most of our work goes. A Reviewer3 review comes back shorter than you'd expect, weighted toward what gets papers desk-rejected.

ReviewBench measures that. It maps every comment to the paper's major claims and counts one as consequential only if it undermines one of them. Across 145,021 comments and three disciplines, 87.9–93.2% of Reviewer3's comments are consequential, against 65.5–81.4% for other AI tools. The dataset and code are public, so you can recompute it.

No Ground Truth, No Comment

Reviewer3 doesn't make subjective calls. It won't tell you whether your writing is clear, your contribution novel, or your field likely to care, because there's no ground truth for any of it. If what your draft needs is polish, this is the wrong tool.

We Haven't Benchmarked Anyone Else

So we don't say their reviews are worse. That would be a claim we can't support. These pages surface what each tool sets out to do and what it publishes about its results.
