Reviewer3 API Access
Request access to the Reviewer3 API for programmatic review.
How It Works
The Reviewer3 API is designed for authors, reviewers, and editors that already have a submission system or internal tooling and want screening to happen inside of it. The API runs the same review pipeline the web app uses. Send a manuscript, and Reviewer3 runs its core review flow over it, flagging unsupported claims, invalid references, mathematical errors, code that doesn't reproduce, and fatal flaws. The API returns a structured report in JSON, containing reviewer comments, severity tags, and text anchors.
Once you've been granted access to the Reviewer3 API, documentation appears in your account dropdown menu, under “API.” API documentation will walk you through how to submit a review, check its status, and retrieve the review report.
Getting Access
API access is granted per account rather than self-serve, so we can size rate limits to your volume and make sure the review mode matches what you are screening for. Tell us what you are building in the form below and we will follow up with credentials and documentation.
Try MCP
If you would rather not write an integration at all, the same capabilities are exposed over the Model Context Protocol, which lets MCP clients like Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor submit manuscripts and read reports directly from chat. See the MCP integration for setup.
